Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made at least 48 hours prior to your booking time will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee
No-shows will be charged the full amount and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
All bookings secured with a prepaid amount are subject to this cancellation policy.

Offer Terms & Conditions

Shared Space: The Igloo accommodates multiple parties. Exclusive use is only guaranteed for bookings of 8 guests.
Maximum Capacity: Due to space limitations, additional guests beyond the booking may not be accommodated.
Decorations & Props: To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, celebration props such as balloons or large decorations are not permitted inside the Igloos.
Change of Plans: If your plans change, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours before your reservation.
Age Requirement: This experience is designed for guests aged 16 years and older only.
Minimum Spend: A minimum food spend of $59 per person applies to all bookings.
