GENERAL

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. A person under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival.

CURRENCY

All rates quoted are in Australian dollars.

RATE CONDITIONS

The price is per accommodation, for the selected number of people and dates, unless otherwise stated (fixed prices). However, you may be required to pay additional and/or increased taxes upon arrival at the hotel, depending on the evolution of the local regulations in force and applicable on the day of your stay. Thus, prices include VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of booking. Any change or creation of a new tax will be automatically reflected in the price stated on the date of stay and billing.
Any amount given in a currency other than the local currency is indicative and not contractual.

TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES

All rates are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), currently 10%, subject to change based on the Government requirements.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CHARGE

Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.4 % in addition to the total amount payable.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

The Hotel will make every effort to ensure your rooms are available at your time of check-in; however, the Hotel’s standard times & rates are as follows:

Check-in time: 14:00

Check-out time: 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and additional charges will apply. Please reach out to our friendly front office team at (03) 9843 8900 to confirm ahead of your stay.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION

All the guests will be required to provide a credit authorisation or a bond of $ 100.00 per stay at the time of check-in. Failing to which we may not be able to check in.

The bond will be released upon departure if no incidentals are charged. The credit card authorisation may take up to 7 working days to be released from your card, subject to your respective banking institution.

CAR PARKING

Self-parking is available at the hotel (subject to availability). Please see the parking rates below (effective from 9 February 2026):
Diamond & Platinum members: $15 per night, regardless of the length of the stay.
All other guests:
1-7 nights: $25 per night
8-14 nights: $20 per night
15+ nights: $15 per night

Bookings may be back-to-back, provided the combined stay meets the minimum length requirement. If the minimum length of stay is not met, parking will be charged at $25 per night.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children under 12 years stay free in existing bedding. Breakfast Rates for Children: 5 & under [Free] | ages 12 & under [$18 pp] | ages 12+ [$35.00 pp]

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings made on a flexible rate can be cancelled by 6:00 pm on the day of arrival without any penalty. For bookings made on a pre-paid, non-refundable rate, no refund is warranted.
