– General ALL – Accor Live Limitless program terms and conditions of membership apply to the ALL Members’ Rate and you must be a member of ALL to benefit from it.
– The 5% Members’ Rate is available at hotels participating in the ALL loyalty programme in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and French Polynesia, and is applied to any eligible booking up until time of payment.
– For the Members’ Rate discount offered at hotels in the rest of the world please see the sales conditions at time of booking. For hotels not participating in ALL click here.
– Members must provide their ALL membership card number when making a reservation, and present their ALL membership card upon arrival at the hotel (or their membership number).
– A maximum of 2 rooms at the Members’ Rate can be reserved per member and per stay.
– Stays must be booked directly via ALL.COM, the Accor ALL mobile app, or the ALL Call Centre to be eligible for the Members’ Rate.
