Eligible event revenue includes (when charged to invoice):
Group accommodation linked to the event, and/or
Meeting or conference room rental, and/or
Catering and F&B provided by the hotel (AV/catering if provided by the hotel).
Q: Who can earn points?
A: Both professional organisers (event agencies, PCOs, meeting planners) and private individuals can earn points on eligible events. Require a minimum of 8 participants or 8 rooms (paid by invoice).
Q: Do attendees earn points?
A: Attendees only earn points on their own spend (e.g., if they pay for accommodation themselves). The meeting organiser earns points for eligible event charges paid by invoice.
Q: How much are points worth?
A: ALL points have a fixed and transparent value, 1,000 points = €20. Members earn 1 Reward point + 1 Status point for every €2 spent on eligible event charges.
Q: Can points be split?
A: Yes, at the hotel’s discretion, points can be split between up to two ALL members if agreed in the contract.
Q: Can points be redeemed for events?
A: Yes, members can redeem up to 15% of the event amount (excluding taxes), up to a maximum value of €1,500.
