Guided by the Discover Local philosophy, we source the freshest local ingredients to create dishes that honour classic Australian flavours with a modern twist. Timings:

Lunch: 12 pm to 3 pm daily

Dinner: 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm (Last booking: 9:15 pm | Kitchen closing time: 9:30 pm)

Update: Sunday Dinner Service 

From 1st January, 2026, our restaurant will no longer be open for regular Sunday Dinner service.  Breakfast and lunch will continue as normal every Sunday.
