2 ROOMS PACKAGE, Are you travelling with your family? Mercure cares about your comfort. This offer is for 2 rooms, with a 50% discount on the second room for your kids. (Discount based on the Flexible rate is automatically applied)
Sales conditions of rate
Special terms
Children staying in the 2nd room remain the responsibility of their parents. Children’s age must comply with the children policy of the hotel. The two rooms will not necessarily have connecting doors (subject to hotel availability). The 50% discount on the second room is calculated based on the average nightly price under the “Flexible Rate”, subject to availability. The invoice will show a 25% discount on each room.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Check in Policy
The room is available from 14:00.
Check out Policy
The room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest.
Children Policy
For this two rooms package, accommodation is free for children under 12 and a percentage discount is applied on breakfast.
Minimum rooms
Hotel requires a minimum of 2 rooms per booking.
Maximum rooms
This rate is restricted to a maximum of 6 rooms per booking.
Modification policy
If only the second room is cancelled, the customer will no longer be able to take advantage of the Family offer discount on 2nd room, and the parents’room will be charged at the Flexible Rate.
Credit Card Payment Charge
Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.1 PCT in addition to the total amount payable. Prepaid rates are excluded from the merchant fee.
